Invoice Benchmarking: never overpay on an invoice again
Every invoice, quote and estimate is checked against the benchmark, by business line and by region. Your team sees which lines are too high, by how much and why, with the reissue request already drafted. Lower-value invoices no longer go unchecked, and every saving is recorded line by line.

Every invoice benchmarked
Every invoice
Checked against benchmark rates for each business line and region.
What matters, shown
Red, amber or green on every line, so reviewers see at once what needs attention.
Fair to every region
Prices are set by region, so an expensive area is not flagged as overcharging.
Every saving recorded
The original amount, the adjusted amount and the reason, line by line.
Lower-value invoices no longer go unchecked
Most suppliers and trades publish no price list. Small invoices are either sent to an external assessor, which only pays off on large bills, or paid as they are.
A fixed fee per invoice makes it worth checking every invoice, including the small ones nobody opens today.

Defining the benchmark
Our data, or an engine built from yours
Depending on your market, True Aim provides a proprietary benchmark from day one or builds a benchmark engine from your own data.
In Switzerland the benchmark draws on more than 100,000 property-claim invoices. In other markets True Aim builds it with local partners and from the data you already hold.
Either way, every line is tested against what the work should cost for that trade in that region. The benchmark keeps learning from the invoices you accept.

What this means for your team
A benchmark built for you
Where benchmark data exists, True Aim uses it. Where it does not, True Aim builds one from your own data.
Deviation from the benchmark
How far each line sits from the expected range, not only that it is over.
Everything compared
Every quote for the same job side by side, with a recommended provider and the reasons.
Reissue requests drafted
Disputed lines go into a drafted email and report, ready to send to the provider.
Provider scorecards
Each provider sees their own record on price, turnaround and flag rate.
A benchmark that keeps learning
Accepted invoices feed back in, so the ranges follow today's prices.

Common questions
Where does the price data come from?
In Switzerland, from more than 100,000 invoices from property claims, grouped by trade and by region. In other markets True Aim works with partners to build the benchmark from your own data.
We only review invoices above a set amount. Why change?
Most overcharging sits below the threshold for external review. A fixed fee per invoice makes it worth checking the low-value invoices that nobody opens today.
How do we see what it saves?
A dashboard shows how many invoices went through, how much was saved on each and what you paid for the platform. The return is visible at any time.
Do we have to replace our claims system?
No. True Aim's Invoice Benchmarking works alongside the systems you already use and writes the adjusted amounts back into them.
Prove it on your own invoices
Send us a set of prior invoices and we show you what you would have saved. Or let us build your benchmark and test it against the next invoices that come in.
