How does True Aim connect to our platform?

Over an API. Your platform sends the claim, True Aim returns the recommendation, its reasoning and the calculated amount, and your clients continue to work in the screens they know.

Can each client use its own rules?

Yes. Policy wording, industry catalogues and a client's own business rules are set up per client, and every decision records the rule version it applied.

Who makes the final decision?

Your clients' adjusters. True Aim prepares the recommendation with its full reasoning, and full automation runs only where the client and its regulator permit it.
