The work is scoped

Common questions
Does True Aim replace our assessors?
No. True Aim's Damage Reporting gives your assessors an estimate and a scope on day one, with a note of what still needs checking in person. Site visits go where they change the answer.
What does the customer need to send?
Photographs, any documents they have and a description in their own words. Details already on the policy are filled in for them.
How is the estimate priced?
Against what each trade charges in that region, using the same benchmark data as True Aim's Invoice Benchmarking.
Can True Aim start from an assessor's report?
Yes. A third-party report, cost estimate or appraisal can be the starting point. True Aim's Damage Reporting then works even where you do not run the customer journey yourself.
