How the True Aim platform works

True Aim turns the claim file into the finished piece of work: a settled claim, a benchmarked invoice or a completed damage report. AI reads the documents, the decision is calculated from your policy wording and every step is recorded. Your team keeps the final say.

  • A settled claim
  • A benchmarked invoice
  • A completed damage report

Three finished outcomes

  • A settled claim

Every line checked against the policy wording, the amount calculated and the reasoning written down, ready for your adjuster to confirm.

    Claims Decisioning
  • A benchmarked invoice

Every line benchmarked, the lines that are too high challenged with the provider and the invoice reissued at the right amount.

    Invoice Benchmarking
  • A completed damage report

A priced estimate and the full scope of work from the customer's photographs and documents, at first notification.

Two technologies, each doing one job

Calculated decisions. Your policy, catalogue or rulebook becomes a decision tree. Given the facts, the outcome is calculated, not predicted.

Agents that read. Claims arrive as photographs, PDFs, handwriting and emails, and software agents turn them into facts. Each agent does one small task, so a fault is easy to find and fix where it happened.

How the modules fit together

A claim file goes in. An audited decision comes out. Four modules do the work, and two platform features keep it moving and on the record.

Platform features

  • Orchestrate

Brings every claim into one record and keeps the work moving, from first notice to close. Claims are routed on your rules and live workload, reminders go out when your triggers say so, and every party sees the live status.

  • Prove

Records every decision with its evidence, the rule in force and who made it. Any change to the record shows. One click exports the full audit pack.

Same inputs. Same decision. Every time.

True Aim sits above your existing systems

True Aim works above your claims and finance systems, reads from them and writes the results back.

Your thresholds, rules, routing and limits stay in your hands, and you change them yourself.

Common questions

Is the outcome predicted by AI?

No. AI reads the documents. The decision itself is calculated from your wording or rules, so the same facts always give the same answer.

Who makes the final decision?

Your team. True Aim prepares the recommendation and the reasoning. Full automation runs only where you and your regulator allow it.

Does True Aim replace our claims system?

No. True Aim works above the claims and finance systems you already run and writes its results back into them. Screens can mirror the ones your team knows.

Which lines of business does True Aim cover?

True Aim is not tied to one line. Motor, property, warranty and liability claims use the same building blocks.

How is True Aim priced?

Per outcome, not per seat. You pay for each settled claim, benchmarked invoice or completed damage report, so costs scale with the value you receive.

How is our data protected?

True Aim is certified to ISO 27001. The SOC 2 Type II audit window is complete and the report is pending. Hosting, certification and data protection are set out in the Trust Centre.
